SALES POLICY
I ask for a non-refundable deposit* of $50 to hold a goat. *However, I guarantee that should the animal become unfit for sale due to injury, illness, or death, I will refund the deposit or you can choose another animal of equal value if available.
I will have kids dehorned/disbudded by a vet at the buyers cost. I also ask for the kid to be paid in full as serious issues including death can be caused by the procedure. Dehorning/disbudding is at the buyers risk.
I don't test my whole herd due to the amount of goats I own and the cost. I do test on request. I will test at the buyers cost, however I will refund the fee should the animal test positive for anything.
All goats will be picked up on the agreed upon date. If you are not able to pick the animal up, you will be charged a boarding fee of $5.00 per head/per day for up to 2 weeks. This boarding fee will be paid up front , however we will refund any money owed if the animal is picked up before the 2 weeks are up.
Sometimes I offer doe's that are "Exposed". I cannot guarantee pregnancy. I will provide the dates of exposure and any dates of witnessed coverage. If applicable, I will also provide a Service Memo for registering the kids.
All goats are sold "AS IS" and are only guaranteed to be healthy at time of sale. I am not responsible for illness or death caused from the stress of transportation.
